Bistecca alla Fiorentina

This style of steak is custom to Florentine culture (and traditional). It's fairly simple to make, you just need 3 inch steak, rosemary, sage, extra virgin olive oil, and pepper. Instead of a grill, use a pan, this dish is usually served on the more rare side since it's so thick.
From the appearance of the steak I would give this a 4/5 meatballs.
I've had different variations of this dish and I definitely will have to try this one next.
