This is another staple soup for the Italians, it's made with vegetables and noodles is very light. Minestrone came from Rome, Italy as well so it's from a different dialect then pasta fagioli. This soup is like pasta fagoili but different because there's vegetables instead of beans. My family likes to make this soup as an antipasto as well because it's light and will cleanse your pallet for the main dish. Many Italian restaurants have this soup as an antipasto because it's very universal and many people like it. There are different variations of this soup of course because different dialects change the taste of the soup by adding their flavor to it.

I give this soup 3.5/5 meatballs because when it's done right it tastes good but when it isn't it tastes off. This soup isn't filling sometimes so it only tastes like water and you're often left waiting for the next dish to come fast.
