Meatballs

Meatballs originated from Sweden called köttbullars and Italy has there own version called polpettes but are different from the American-style meatballs. Meatballs consist of ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and onion.


How my dad and I normally make it is to mix everything with your hands, form it into balls, place it on a pan, and bake it for about 30 min at 425F. Then after that, we add it to our sauce and serve with the pasta of choice.


This is a staple dish in my household so I will give this dish 4.5/5 meatballs. 4.5 because sometimes when they are made in a different way or not the right way they have different flavors and outcomes.
