Tiramisu

Tiramisu was created in Treviso which is near Venice. This dessert consists of lady fingers soaked in espresso that's arranged by the cookie to the cream. The cream is made by marscapone and eggs. There is rum or marsala, cocoa powder and sugar which makes the dessert come all together.


My dad and I make it together often for gatherings. It's best if it can sit in the fridge covered for 24-48 hours so the coffee can soak in to all of the ladyfingers in each layer.


Since I've had this dessert so many times and my dad makes the best tiramisu, I will give this 6/5 meatballs.
