This is a dish that is normally had around Easter, this meal originated in Milan in the Lombardy region. Veal Milanese is made with thin slices of veal that's dipped in egg, milk, bread crumbs, and flour as the main ingredients with extra spices to give it flavor. After that it's laid on a skillet and cooked until brown and crispy.
This is one of my favorite foods to have I always beg my nona to make it even when it's not easter.
I give this dish 6/5 meatballs.
